Cultural Heritage Services
BTYAC provides culturally informed heritage services grounded in traditional knowledge
and law. Services include cultural heritage assessments, on-country surveys, monitoring
during ground disturbance works, and advice to proponents to ensure compliance with
relevant Queensland and Commonwealth legislation.


Experience with Industry and Government
The Corporation has experience engaging with local government, State agencies,
infrastructure providers, pastoralists, and mining and resources proponents. BTYAC
supports culturally respectful project delivery while balancing economic development with
the protection of cultural values.

Governance and Compliance
BTYAC operates under a strong governance framework with a Board representing the
Barada Kabalbara Yetimarala People. The Corporation is committed to transparency,
accountability, and compliance with the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) and ASIC and ORIC
requirements.
